If I were going to skip a meal, I'd choose to skip dinner instead of lunch. You have more opportunities to burn off the calories.
Aside from that comment, I can honestly say I have no idea. Obviously this isn't the best diet plan because it isn't going to provide you with the nutrients you need. Saying that, though, I've lost up to five or so pounds in a week by eating around 600-800 calories a day. So probably about five as the maximum amount of weight you could lose. I'd expect about two though, as that's how things usually seem to go.
